We’ve made some exciting upgrades to the Apple Watch App powered by Trainerize that will make it easier for clients to train on the go! Now, clients can leave their phones behind and be able to start and track any workout (regular, circuit, and interval), including three new cardio activities, swimming, dancing, and HIIT, directly from their watch!
As always, we've also made some back-end upgrades and bug fixes to make your experience even better.

As much as we’d all like, big changes unfortunately don’t happen overnight. That’s why we’ve introduced habit coaching-a new way to help clients make small, sustainable lifestyle changes! Trainers can now create habits within our Master Habit Library and prescribe them to clients. As clients complete habits each day, they will earn habit streaks and unlock special achievement badges over time.
As always, we’ve also made some back-end upgrades and bug fixes to make your experience even better.

We've improved out timeline filtering to make sure you always see the most important events first. You now have access to multiple filter options right from the timeline activities list.

Consistency is key with this release! Introducing habit streaks and achievement badges-a new way to motivate clients to build healthy habits! Clients can create habit winning streaks by completing a habit every day that it’s scheduled into their calendars. As their streak continues to grow, they'll unlock special achievement badges at various milestones.

We’re always making improvements to our app. With this update, we've renamed "Training Plan" to "Training Phase" and the "Plans" tab is now "Program", to better match how they're used-so keep an eye out for the new names in-app!

It's important to celebrate the wins. That's why, this release includes brand new and more frequent achievement badges to celebrate client milestones for workouts. Clients will see them immediately after completing an activity and on their dash, but they'll also be shared in trainer notifications and timelines and will be automatically posted inside groups!
We've also made a few other tweaks, like changing the order of the graphs on mobile (hello alphabetical order) so they're easier to find!

Groups have a new home! They've moved to the Dash for clients and the Overview for trainers

We’re revamping the way notes work for trainers, and launching a new way for clients to add “comments” on their workouts.
TRAINER NOTES
Notes are now for trainers’ eyes only.
They can add 2 different types of notes: general (from the client profile) and workout notes (from a client workout), a perfect way to track a client progress.
CLIENT COMMENTS
Communication is a two-way street after all, clients can now add comments to their workout and cardio activities (viewable by the trainer).
